[I've always been fascinated by African Painted Dogs as they have similar playful traits to our beloved pets, however they are very much wild animals. Thankyou David! And thanks I'ina Van Lawick, I appreciate it! The documentary sounds familiar so I wouldn't be surprised if I have seen it! I just love these guys and how they interact with each other. Not to mention, they're stunning! I Just had to paint one!

Wonderful portrait, Kirsty. You do this wild dog great credit. Well done.! My cousin Hugo van Lawick filmed them for National Geographic and you may be familiar with his documentary "Solo"? Hugo really admired them and the way they worked together as a community. And congratulations on your sale. LF
